Fetch bookinformation from the dutch Koninklijke Bibliotheek using sru.

KB uses the dc (dublin core) schema and requires no key.

An instance of KoninklijkeBibliotheek may on success hold the following keys in its result variable:

title: the book title.
author: a list of full names of the author(s).
date: the date of publication.
publisher: the name of the publisher.
